In a notable achievement, students from the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Guilan distinguished themselves in the fifth edition of the National Operations Research Competition.

Two student teams from the faculty earned top positions in the event, showcasing the talent and dedication of UG students.

The competition brought together selected teams from universities across the country. Zahra Ramazani and Mobina Shahbazi won second place, while Nora Amiri and Mehrnaz Hosseinpour secured fourth place, demonstrating outstanding performance among their peers.
