Four faculty members from the University of Guilan have been honored as part of the world’s top one percent most-cited researchers, a distinction that underscores their exceptional influence in their respective fields, according to the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).
The University’s Vice Presidency for Research and Technology reported that these scholars’ work has earned them recognition among the most impactful researchers globally, reflecting both the quality and reach of their scientific contributions.
Based on data from the Web of Science – Essential Science Indicators (WOS-ESI) database, the distinguished faculty members are: Dr. Farhad Shirini (Chemistry), Dr. Reza Ansari Khalkhali (Materials Science and Engineering), Dr. Davoud Khojesteh Salekoyeh (Mathematics), and Dr. Mohammad Ali Mirzazadeh (Mathematics and Engineering).
